Air condensers

They are devices in which the condensation of a refrigerant gas is produced in a direct expansion system, passing to liquid phase through a process of energy transfer, after a thermodynamic process. These mechanisms must be developed by a team of professionals, thanks to which, designs are achieved with materials and structures of high rigidity to ensure the quality of refrigeration condensers.
These are used for industrial cooling, but also in air conditioning equipment, among others. Refrigeration condensers remove the heat that the refrigerant medium has when passing through it. Their designs are very varied and differ depending on the need for which they are created.
Air condensers for refrigeration also produce heat, which is transferred from the internal fluid to the air passing through them.

There are different types of air condensers for refrigeration, depending on the medium used. There are air cooled air condensers, which require air to operate, and water cooled air condensers, which are usually the most compact. All of them are very useful in the cooling processes of various household appliances and in industry.
Air cooled condensers for air cooling are used for lower power installations. The water ones must in turn recover their enthalpy level after extracting the energy from the refrigerant, in order to be used again.
There are different aspects that must be taken into account when buying aerocondensers:
– They must have the right size.
– They must provide for the speed with which the gas will move inside.
– They must have the ability to control the temperature difference of the cooling medium.
As for the size of the cooling air condensers, it is important that it fits the conditions you need, because if it is too small it may fail or not properly remove heat, and if it is too large you will be underutilizing its reaction capacity.
