Air coolers

Air coolers, also known as air coolers, are large capacity equipment that help lower the temperature in industrial processes.
The air cooler works with the ambient temperature, to which it equalizes the water inside to reduce the temperature present in an industrial process. They act in a similar way to cooling towers, but have great advantages over them, such as their size and ease of installation and positioning.
These units require minimal maintenance and offer high performance, which is a highly profitable investment for any business. Air coolers are frequently used in oil and gas refineries, which is why they must have specific structural characteristics.

Range standards:

  • Available in table type (vertical/horizontal air flow) or V type, in single or double line of fans.
  • Structure for mounting on leveled bedplate, anti-vibration mounts recommended (not included).
  • Chassis and casing made of galvanized steel sheet, treated for installation in INTEMPERIE by application of Thermosetting Polyester type Polymer with High Resistance to Ultraviolet Radiation and Corrosion, RAL 7004.
  • THERMAL EXCHANGERS made of copper tubes and aluminum fins with “V-BAFLE” type profile. Copper pipe manifolds, threaded connection up to 2″ and with stainless steel flange according to EN-1092-1 for larger diameters. Purge and drain valves included.
  • Design pressure (PS) of 8 bar
  • Axial fans with high efficiency aerodynamic blades and AC motor, IP54 protection degree and protection grill.
  • Supply voltages I-230v, III-400v, 50Hz
  • Electric power and control panel integrated in the equipment, including internal wiring up to the fans.

    • Partialization of fans with AC fans
  • Packing with phytosanitary wooden cage for export (on request)
