CO2 evaporators are the best alternative in the refrigeration market to meet environmental challenges. Thanks to the use of CO2 as a refrigerant, risks such as the greenhouse effect, caused by many refrigerants used in refrigeration systems, are eliminated.

Inditer Evaporators

They have a compact structure, acquiring a great robustness and resistance to corrosion due to their aluminum construction. All equipment has a double condensate tray to avoid condensation.

The exchange coil is made of high quality copper tubing, meeting the strictest safety requirements for CO2 installations up to 60 bar (optionally 80 bar).

The fins are made of aluminum with high performance “V Baffle” profile and mechanically expanded for a perfect control between fin and tube .

Fans are AC and EC motor driven covering the range from Ø250 to Ø350 in single-phase voltage and from Ø400 to Ø910 in three-phase voltage.

230 V resistors for electric defrosting, made of stainless steel. They are subjected to a vulcanized process in their terminals to avoid derivations.

Range standards:

  • Structure for horizontal ceiling suspension, anti-vibration mounts recommended (not included)
  • Chassis and enclosure made of protected aluminum plate
  • Folding side doors

  • Copper collectors, solder connection, outlets on the rear left side facing the fan.
  • Venturi type brass liquid distributor, fastened by means of a high density polymer clamp.
  • Pressurized exchanger with closed connections and howitzer located at the outlet connection.
  • Design pressure (PS) from 30 bar to 60 bar.
  • Suitable for all refrigerants, HFC, HFCO, A2L, and CO2.
  • Axial fans with high efficiency aerodynamic blades and AC motor, IP54 protection degree and protection grill.
  • Working temperatures from -40ºC to 60ºC.
  • Supply voltages I-230v, III-400v, 50Hz
  • Terminal box for fan power supply located inside the unit, right side facing the fan.
  • Air defrosting
  • Shipment of equipment on shrink-wrapped pallets (removable support brackets).
