Gas Cooler

The Gas Cooler is equipment whose purpose is to cool a gas, as there is no phase change, replacing the traditional installations in the refrigeration industry (condensers from the HFC category). For this purpose, both the heat exchanger and the rest of the elements of the installation must be prepared to operate in a transcritical regime.

By taking advantage of the excellent heat exchange properties of CO2 we obtain higher efficiency, especially in cold climates, compared to traditional refrigeration equipment. This results in a reduction of the exchange surface, as well as a lower power consumption of the fans.

Inditer Gas Coolers

The Gas Cooler has a compact structure, acquiring a great robustness and resistance to corrosion by having a casing made of galvanized steel sheet protected with polymerized and thermosetting paint with high resistance to corrosion and UV of RAL 7004.

The exchange coils are made of high quality copper tube, complying with the strictest safety requirements necessary in CO2 installations.

The fins are made of aluminum with high performance “V Bafle” profile and mechanically expanded for a perfect control between fin and tube.

EC motor fans with high degree of protection and insulation (IP54, Ø630; IP55, Ø800; IP55, Ø910). With this solution, we guarantee rigorous long-term compliance with energy requirements, as well as significant energy savings thanks to its high efficiency, which results in economic savings by reducing consumption compared to AC fans thanks to optimal regulation in its operation.
